Zexum Global Research Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Zexum Global Research (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Terms govern your use of our website, accessible at https://www.zexumglobal.com, and any associated services.

By registering an account with Zexum Global Research, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you may not register for or use our services.

1. User Account

1.1 Eligibility

1.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account password and login credentials. Zexum Global Research is not liable for any loss, unauthorized access, or misuse of your account resulting from your failure to maintain security.

1.3 Account Restrictions

• You may not create multiple accounts. Any additional accounts you create will be immediately suspended.
• Only one account is permitted per household and per device.

1.4 Account Information Modification

Zexum Global Research will not modify your account information at your request. For security purposes, only you (the account owner) may update or modify data in your account.

1.5 Prohibited Usage

• You may not use software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse our system (including, but not limited to, fraudulent ad interactions or artificial activity). Such behavior will result in account suspension.
• You may not use a temporary or disposable email address to register an account.

1.6 Email as Identity

Your registered email address is the sole identifier for accessing our services. It cannot be changed after account creation. You are responsible for ensuring your email address remains valid, secure, and accessible.

1.7 IP/Connection Restrictions

You may not use proxy servers, VPNs, TOR, or other tools to mask your location or bypass our service restrictions while using Zexum Global Research.

1.8 Respect and Conduct

Any unsubstantiated accusations, intimidation, threats, or disrespect directed at Zexum Global Research, our staff, or assistants may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

1.9 Anti-Bot Verification

If our system detects suspicious activity or risk associated with your account, you may be required to complete anti-bot verification. Failure or refusal to complete this verification will result in denied access to your account.

2. Deposits and Purchases

2.1 Finality of Transactions

All deposits and purchases made through Zexum Global Research are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for completed transactions unless required by applicable law.

2.2 Payment Methods

Payments must be made exclusively through the official payment links provided on the Zexum Global Research website. We do not accept payments via any other method.

2.3 Minimum Deposit Requirement

Deposits that fall below the specified minimum amount will not be credited to your account and will not be processed.

2.4 Unsupported Deposit Methods

If you use a deposit method not supported by our system, the funds will not be credited to your account. Zexum Global Research is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from unsupported payment methods.

3. Referrals

3.1 Referral Limit

You may refer an unlimited number of new members to Zexum Global Research, subject to compliance with these Terms.

3.2 Prohibited Referral Practices

You may not:

• Send unsolicited emails, spam, or unwanted communications to promote referrals.
• Coerce, pressure, or force any individual to become your referral.
• Use third-party services that sell or broker referrals (e.g., paid referral lists or automated referral tools).

4. Offers

4.1 Offerwall Abuse

You may not use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to manipulate or abuse offerwalls (e.g., completing offers from restricted regions or creating artificial engagement).

4.2 Third-Party Offerwalls

Zexum Global Research uses third-party plugins to provide offerwalls. We have no control over whether individual offers are paid out, as this is determined by the third-party offer provider.

4.3 Pending Offer Earnings

For high-risk offers (as determined by our system), earned funds may be held in a “pending” status for up to 45 days before being released to your account balance.

4.4 Offer Chargeback Thresholds

• Your offer chargeback rate is a key metric for evaluating offer quality. If your chargeback rate exceeds 12%, all pending and future payments will be held until your chargeback rate remains below 12% for 15 consecutive days.
• If your chargeback rate exceeds 20%, your account will be immediately suspended.

5. Payments

5.1 Minimum Payout Requirement

Zexum Global Research is not obligated to process payments for users who have not met the specified minimum payout threshold.

5.2 Payment Processing Timeline

• We will make reasonable efforts to process valid payment requests within the first 3 business days of receipt.
• If suspicious activity or an audit is required (due to unusual patterns), payment processing may be delayed by up to 7 days.
• In cases of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to delay payment indefinitely until the issue is resolved.

5.3 Payment Method Availability

Not all payment methods are available in every country. It is your responsibility to confirm that your chosen payment method is legal, supported, and accessible in your jurisdiction.

5.4 User Responsibility for Payment Details

Payments are processed based on the payment information (e.g., bank account, wallet address) you provide. Zexum Global Research is not liable for failed, lost, or misdirected payments resulting from incorrect or outdated information you submit.

5.5 Anti-Bot Verification for Withdrawals

We may require you to complete anti-bot verification before approving a withdrawal request. Failure or refusal to complete this verification will result in denied payment.

6. Advertisements

6.1 Prohibited Ad Content

We will not accept or display advertisements that:

• Contain auto-downloads, malicious code (e.g., malware, viruses), or frame breakers.
• Promote gambling, adult/sexually explicit content, illegal activities, or harmful behavior.

6.2 Discretion to Deny Ads

Zexum Global Research reserves the right to deny any advertisement that we determine is inconsistent with our values, legal obligations, or user safety—even if the content does not explicitly violate Section 6.1.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Grounds for Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our service or other users.

7.2 Inactivity Policy

• After 90 consecutive days of account inactivity, your account will be reset: all remaining balances will be forfeited (reset to zero), and all referral relationships will be terminated.
• Accounts inactive for 2 consecutive years will be permanently deleted due to inactivity, with no possibility of recovery.

7.3 Appeal Process

• We will not consider appeal requests for account suspensions unless you provide a credible, evidence-based reason for reconsideration. Emails without sufficient justification will not receive a response.
• If you exploit system bugs, glitches, or weaknesses to gain unauthorized or excessive profits, your account will be suspended immediately, with no appeal rights.

7.4 Fake Information

Providing false or misleading information (including, but not limited to, country of residence, phone number, date of birth, or gender) will result in permanent account suspension.

7.5 Permanent Ban Consequences

If your account is permanently suspended, you may not use our services again. Any new accounts you attempt to create will be immediately suspended.

8. Liability

8.1 Third-Party Ad Content

Zexum Global Research is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of information served through third-party advertisements. You access such content at your own risk.

8.2 Uncontrollable Delays or Failures

We will not be liable for delays, disruptions, or failures in our service that result from events beyond our control—including, but not limited to, internet outages, natural disasters, third-party service disruptions, or government regulations.

8.3 Right to Modify Terms

Zexum Global Research reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our service after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
